On May 8, 2025, LS Dunes performed an electrifying show at Bimbos 365 Club in San Francisco, CA, igniting the venue with an energetic atmosphere as eager VIP fans began lining up outside at noon.

Currently touring in support of their sophomore album, ‘Violet’, released on January 31st through Fantasy Records, the band showcased their unique blend of familiar punk-rock elements infused with fresh melodies and innovative variations.

As a supergroup bringing together some of the most talented musicians in the scene, LS Dunes exemplifies excellence every time they hit the stage. Their lineup includes vocalist Anthony Green of Circa Survive, guitarist Frank Iero of My Chemical Romance, drummer Tucker Rule of Thursday, bassist Tim Payne, and guitarist Travis Stever of Coheed and Cambria.

Inside the intimate confines of Bimbos, the room was packed from wall to wall, with fans eager to experience the band live. The set kicked off with the powerful opening riffs of “Like Magick,” which set an energetic tone. Green’s pure, isolated vocals transitioned seamlessly into heavy riffs, adding depth and emotion to the performance. The band took the audience on a dynamic journey through a setlist that combined tracks from ‘Violet’, and beloved songs from their debut album, ranging from intense screamo to heartfelt yearning.

Musicianship was tight and impressive. Frank Iero delivered explosive riffs and intricate melodies, while Tim Payne’s bass and Tucker Rule’s drums laid down a thunderous foundation. Standout moments included live renditions of “You Deserve to Be Haunted” and “Grey Veins,” both of which inspired enthusiastic singalongs.

Songs from ‘Violet’ translated vividly to the stage, with tracks like “Holograms” and “Fatal Deluxe” taking on a visceral, powerful energy that highlighted the band’s chemistry and raw vitality. Anthony Green’s expressive vocals shifted effortlessly from melodic croons to passionate screams, captivating the audience throughout. The band’s spontaneous jams and lively interactions kept the energy high all night.

The concert concluded with two encores, “Paper Tigers” and “Forgiveness,” both from ‘Violet’, leaving fans energized and craving more. The intimate setting fostered a deep connection between band and audience, transforming the show into an immersive experience.

Overall, LS Dunes delivered an unforgettable performance that showcased their growth and ability to command a live audience. With ‘Violet’ now out, their concert reaffirmed their position as one of the most exciting and dynamic bands in the scene today.
